We are very happy to honor a 20 percent discount to our returning guests, if they are booked directly thru our website or by calling the phone number listed on the web site.

•  $600.00 per night weekends and holidays (two night minimum)

•  $450.00 per night mid-week, Sunday - Thursday

•  $300.00 per night, one room only

•  Maximum occupancy: 12

•  Check-in: 11:00am

•  Check-out: 12:00pm

•  The City of Paso Robles charges a 10% Occupancy Tax for all guest homes and vacation rentals.

•  20% payment is due at the time of reservation. Full payment is due the day prior to check-in.

•  Long-term stays are available at discounted rates.

•  House keeping is provided at no additional cost for guest staying 7 nights or more.

•  Emily's House is available for large parties or events up to 100 people at an hourly rate of $200.00.

•  We offer a 20% discount on your next visit when you refer another guest.

GUEST POLICIES

•  A credit card authorization is required in case of damaged property or the need for extensive cleaning.

•  We are a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

•  Please clean the BBQ, wash all the dishes and kitchen equipment.

•  Trash and recycle barrels are located beside the house.

•  Parking is provided in the driveway and permitted on the street. Please do not park in the alley.

•  Please do not bring outdoor furniture indoors, or indoor furniture outdoors.

•  Parties of 14 or more must be pre-arranged.

•  Catering, service providers and/or personal chefs must be pre-approved for any special event. All service providers are responsible for kitchen clean up and trash removal.

•  Any damages incurred during a special event are the sole responsibility of the guest.

•  No amplified music is permitted after 11:00pm . All city noise ordinances and laws must followed.
