Emily's House
offers a roll-away bed that sleeps two children if needed.

Check-out time: Before 12:00 pm
Maid services are also available during your stay at Emily's House.
A 20% deposit is required if paying by check or cash. If credit card is used, an authorization is done at the time your reservation is made. The credit card is debited the day of arrival. Cancellation policy: 14 day notice of cancellation is preferred, otherwise a 20% fee is applied. An additional $200 refundable deposit is needed to cover any damages or cleaning required.
Important note to Our Guests: As of January 1, 2008, the city of Paso Robles has implemented a 10% Bed Tax to all guest homes and vacation rentals. Our city is showing rapid growth, and we are confident the funds collected will further improve the city of Paso Robles. Please realize this tax will be added to any balance collected as of March 1, 2008. This includes any reservations that have been made prior to this date. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
DETAILS
• Holiday Rates:
No increase in rates, however a three night minimum is required.
• "Special Dates" Rates:
No increase in rates, however a two night minimum is required.
• Emily's House is available for large parties or events up to 100 people such as Luncheons, Bridal Showers, Receptions, Fundraisers, or Winemaker Dinners at an hourly rate of $150.
Each party is responsible for their own catering and cleanup. Emily's House offers a catering service. If you choose to have us cater your event, smaller parties will only be charged a food and service fee and not the $150 home usage fee. For larger parties, the catering fee will be added onto the $150 per hour usage fee of the home. Please contact us for more details.
If you will be supplying your own catering, then you and the catering service are responsible for the clean-up and the removal of trash from the event. The home must be in the same condition as prior to the event.
There is a 2 hour minimum for all events. Any event taking place in the evening must end by 11:00 pm and cleanup by 12:00 am. If you will be having music, all city ordinances and laws must be followed. There will not be any refunding of monies if laws or guidelines are not followed. There will be a refundable security/damage deposit collected before the event, and will be refunded upon inspection of the property afterwards. Please contact us with any questions.

To our guests: we want to serve you in the best way possible, so please let us know exactly how many guests will using Emily's House.
If you plan to have a special event at Emily's House, it is important that you let us know so we can prepare the property properly.
RETURN DEPOSIT INSURANCE
In order keep Emily's House in perfect condition we ask that you honor these simple requests.
We ask that our guests be ready to check out at the appropriate time unless a late check out has been previously arraigned.
Please bag your trash and take it out to the barrels.
Please wash your dishes and scrape the hot grill after you use the BBQ.
No stains on the furniture, bedding, or carpets.
No damage to floors bedding or furniture.
Do not bring indoor furniture outside and do not bring out door furniture inside, as it can scratch the floors.
No parties of 10 or more at Emily's house unless pre arranged with the owners.
Report any lost, stolen, broken property to the manager.
This is a non-smoking property.
We are sorry, but we are not allowing pets anymore on the property. The potential allergies to future guests brought us to this decision. Thank you for your understanding.
